All About Bras
Apart from bras needing to look attractive, most importantly is that they need to fit properly, be comfortable, and give the right amount of support.
It is extremely important that you chose the right bra size and if you have any doubts, then please consult the following guide-lines:
There are two measurements that must be taken into account when measuring for the right bra size, back size and cup size.
Back sizes: 32, 34, 36, 38 etc
Your back size is the diameter around your chest, that is just below your breast. Measure around your rib cage directly under your breasts.
Cup sizes: A, B, C, D, etc
Your cup size is the diameter around your chest over and including the fullest part of your breast (usually at the part of the nipples).
It is advised to take these measurements when you do not have any clothing on.

If the difference between the two measurement is 4 inches or 10 cms, you need a D Cup.
